Abstract:
This will be an interactive session to discuss the dynamic situation of female empowerment in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the participation of women in the workforce and how Coaching can support both men and women in this cultural, social and economic transformation.
The Status Quo: Increasing women’s participation in the workforce is a key driver for achieving the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
The Challenge: The Saudi society is changing at record rates, going from the guardian system to gender equality in years instead of centuries.
The Solution: Coaching programs for the male majority to redefine their belief systems, habits and perspectives in order to include women in decision making and leadership.
Coaching programs for the female minority to raise their confidence in order to actively participate in the workforce and progress faster in their careers, ramping up their professional skill sets, and actively driving the Kingdom’s transformation.
Bio: With an extensive background in international business, tech and holistic people development, I believe that coaching has the power to radically improve the way we work and live, amplifying our levels of motivation, income and wellbeing. My journey has taken me from a tech startup in the railway industry in Austria, to SaaS sales at LinkedIn in Ireland, to a degree in Coaching with Neuroscience in Dublin, and now to CoachHub in the Middle East, where I take part in the transformation and digitalization of businesses through the power of coaching. In this position I enable companies of all industries and sizes to win the battles of tomorrow by prioritizing their most valuable resource: People.
